Pricing & Freight Costs

  1. All prices are advertised exclusive of GST and freight. Once you proceed to ‘check out’ both GST @ 15% and freight will be added.
  2. Prices are subject to change without notice

Terms of Payment

  1. For Guest Customer, you can pay for the goods using Shopify Payment options (we accept Mastercard,Visa, & POLI).
  2. For all Trade accounts, we will send statements beginning of each month for the account balance out standing as at last calendar day of each month. Dental Cart reserves the rights to decline online Trade Account Application at its discretion. 
  3. Payment for all transactions as per account statement supplied is due by the 20th of the month following invoice. Unpaid accounts will be charged 10% late payment fee monthly along with $50 Admin Fee.
  4. Accounts will be suspended if the payment conditions are not met. If the account is placed with Debt Collection Agency, the customer we will be charged and will be responsible to pay for collection and legal costs.

Returns, Claims & Refunds

  1. Customer shall immediately upon receipt of goods, fully inspect the goods, if they are as per the order placed.
  2. Immediate notice should be made to Team Dental Cart with full details of unsatisfactory goods (with pictures in case of damaged items). Unless the above procedure is followed, we will assume that the goods supplied are accepted and no returns, claims or refunds will be made.
  3. Only unopened items and items which are in a sale-able condition will be accepted as returns. If goods are ordered in error, the return shipping charges will be at the customer & expense.
  4. Customer will be responsible to ensure adequate packaging has been used ensuring the product is not damaged in transit. Any damage in transit is the liability of the customer returning the product.
  5. Once returned items are received and confirmed, requisite amount of refund will be processed in.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

Dental Cart is committed to providing high quality products combined with exceptional customer service. We will gladly accept returns of any unopened products in its original condition & as new  within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and restocking fees may apply.

Risk

Risk in any goods supplied by Dental Cart passes when goods are delivered to the customer, or into custody on the customer's behalf.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. Estimated Delivery times are calculated from the dispatch date.
  2. We use NZ Couriers for our shipments. Orders are dispatched from Auckland and delivery times are 2-5 working days depending on location. (but may vary for rural areas).
  3. Package will require a signature upon delivery (unless specified otherwise).
  4. We offer freight free deliveries if the order value is more than $250+GST

Fair Share Policy

We have placed a Fair Share Policy on some of our products due to shipping delays and shortage of stock globally. This will restrict quantity per order on certain items. The policy for each product is displayed under product description. If in case due to technical problem an order is accepted exceeding the maximum limit, order will be altered without notice and refund/credit for the excessive items will be processed.

Ownership and title

Ownership and title of goods supplied is retained by Dental Cart until payment is made for the goods and/or for all other goods supplied by Dental Cart. If and when any such goods are sold by the buyer prior to payment, then the proceeds of sale shall be the property of Dental Cart and shall be held by the purchaser as agent. This clause shall apply notwithstanding any credit arrangement made.
